They want us to be genuine and authentic…what a deeply true statement about our horses! They see through us so easily. Ever since I was a young girl I would say that the place I could feel most at peace was on a horse. And your statement just gave me the rationale behind what I always felt in my heart. Thank you!!

This is so lovely to hear. I love that you find peace when you are on a horse and that you feel it in your heart. They really are amazing animals with so much to teach us. Do check out Tania Kindersley's page too. It is called The Place of Peace. She has a red mare that she learnt so much from and writes about her place of peace beautifully x

There's always time! That's what I keep telling myself. My mum went to university for the first time in her mid 50s and now she's working as a nurse which she loves, and she's almost 70. She's inspired me to know that there will always be other careers/interests/hobbies/twists and turns in life.

This is so true! Your mum sounds like an amazing woman. I retrained as a therapist when I turned 40 and love it. I do still think I have a restaurant up my sleeve though as it was always my dream so maybe I will keep it in mind and make it happen one day 😊

I'm sure it will! If the dream is still there then hopefully it will happen someday.

I love the way you write.

Thank you so much. You have certainly been a guide to me in teaching me how to be still and present with the horses x
